Although this is a common question, I am sure you understand that NO ONE can answer it. 

The number of sessions needed depends on the objective to be achieved, on your goals, and also on YOU. 

Having said that, statistics from my first 44000 sessions reveal that 90% of people achieve what they want in 3 to 20 sessions.

Some people love having ongoing coaching and hypnosis and choose to work together longer. 

We cannot predict how much the process will cost because we do not know your situation. 

I can tell you that, in 29 years of doing this, the investment is much LESS than the cost of your problem, or else I would not still be doing this.
