In order to meet the above objectives, according to an Ancient Tradition, students participate in three types of study: classroom instruction as well as group and private rituals to be discussed at a later time. The first level of the classroom instruction is a 12-week class, which meets for about 90 minutes once a week. Each class includes a very specific lesson, a discussion period, and a special exercise.

This course of study is absolutely not religious and non-sectarian. No student is obligated to attend any class or function; no one is required to attend other or any events, since everyone’s privacy and individuality is strictly respected. No one needs to hold any particular belief in order to attend this course, and at the same time all beliefs are respected. This course is based on Ancient Tradition as it was legitimately delivered to Dr. Flavio Balerini, as well as his personal experiences, both as a mystic, as well as a hypnotherapist and philosophical counselor.
